Finke Gorge Nature Park is located approximately 100km west of town. Within the park are markers such as Palm Valley, Boggy Hole, Wallace Rockhoke, to name a few. There are not a lot of photos for this. Obvisouly, there is a reason. I was in the 4x4. Had a great time, again due to the Gilmores driving. The temp was really perfect. Being from the northeast U.S.A, mid 70's, wow! The 4x4 was a small size, but had no problem running the roads of the Finke. We passed a huge bush tour bus. The driver met us later and stated "The only problem I had was when you passed me and waving holding a coffee cup in your hand,". I guess the trip was not as easy for him. hahahahaha :-) Sorry about the repeat photo below. It is a tad different.....
